Killarney provides access to walking trails and hiking trails that start right in our village and will take you along rocky ridges that overlook Georgian Bay. On the other side of the Killarney Channel is George Island, a large rugged wilderness with trails to swamps, forests and ridges and to rocky beaches that look southwards to Manitoulin Island. In our village you can find eateries, dining rooms, bars and entertainment nightly. Fishing boat and fishing charter boats are available, gift shops, canoe and kayak rentals, camping outfitters and daily activities. Killarney is still a commercial fishing center and our local commercial fisherman operates 'Mr. Perch', fish and chips where fish, caught today, is served.
